Rise and Shine Brooklyn Heights tower will debut with rents of up to $9k a month

New York Daily News, February 5, 2015

A new 19-story rental tower is putting the heights back in Brooklyn Heights.

The building, at 172 Montague St. on one of the historic neighborhood’s only high-rise blocks, will make its long-awaited debut in May. Prices start at $2,500 a month for a studio and go up to a whopping $9,000 a month for a three-bedroom pad, the Daily News has learned.

“Brooklyn Heights is known for its beautiful brownstones, but what you often don’t get, unless you’re right over on the water, is views,” said Anna Zarro, a senior vice president for the leasing agent, Town Residential. “The views from here are nothing short of phenomenal.”

The 62-unit building, developed by Bonjour Capital, will have a landscaped

rooftop terrace, a fitness center, bike storage and a full-time doorman. Homes will have Bluetooth sound systems and USB charging outlets.
