Located at the convergence of Greenwich Village, Soho and Nolita, 640 Noho defines loft living. Originally built in 1897 to house the original Empire State Bank Building, the building was envisioned by famed Macy's architects DeLemos & Cordes. Its façade is adorned with classic detail, terra-cotta ornamentation, molded architraves, egg and dart molding and cast iron columns. Inside classic loft spaces are filled with light streaming through expansive windows. Residences are accented with barrel-vaulted ceilings, exquisite finishes, and wide plank oak flooring.
