Throughout the industry he has emerged as a leading broker of high-end rental lofts, representing loft owners in such neighborhoods as Tribeca, Soho and the Flatiron District. In addition, Rory has also continued to build strong relationships with some of the city’s preeminent developers, including spearheading the lease-up of a prominent rental property on 28th Street and working with on multiple properties with a major loft landlord in Noho.

Having lived in various parts of Manhattan for 12 years, Rory has a vast understanding of many different neighborhoods. His expansive and diverse market knowledge is something his clients particularly appreciate, as he often introduces them to unique and valuable opportunities that they had not previously contemplated.

A native of Long Island’s Dix Hills, Rory holds a BA in Urban Development and a minor in Sales and Marketing from the University of Maryland. When he's not at work, he loves spending time with his two sons, attending sporting events and playing basketball and softball.
