Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Davide Callegati’s work ethic is governed by several core beliefs that have ensured his success over a decade selling real estate. First and foremost, he strives to cultivate and retain relationships with his clients, building a comfort level and trust that extends over time. Also, because much of his business is referral based, Davide is highly sensitive to the importance of the integrity and quality of interactions that must be maintained at all times. Plus he continually seeks to expand his vast knowledge of New York, keeping abreast of an ever-changing market to help clients achieve the best results.



Specializing in luxury property sales throughout Manhattan, Davide has served a diverse clientele that has included high-profile celebrities, foreign investors, politicians and diplomats who have benefited from his expertise and discretion. He is adept at creating a smooth real estate transaction by effectively navigating all parties involved from the clients on both sides of the table to the attorneys and mortgage brokers.



Originally from Bologna, Italy, Davide has enjoyed living in New York City since 1980. He thoroughly enjoys being a trusted market resource for his clients, and admits that his real estate work has allowed him to get back in touch with his European roots by dealing with foreign investors who purchase homes in the city, and by partnering with an Italian affiliate.



A graduate of New Jersey State College where he received a B.A. degree in Speech Communication and Theater, Davide later continued his acting studies with Director Richard Pinter of The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. He has worked as a professional actor in countless commercials and films, most notably “The Devil Wears Prada” in which he played a prominent role. Plus he’s been engaged in the art of sales for many years in the high-end retail and foods industries.



Fluent in Italian and proficient in cooking Italian cuisine, Davide also enjoys live jazz concerts, worldwide travel, fine wine and dining and sports, particularly World Cup soccer. He himself has toured the world as a Ducati motorcyclist the past 30 years and graduated from the California Superbike Racing School.
