A Manhattan resident for nearly 20 years, she understands how overwhelming it can be to search for, not just a home that will suit you for years, but an investment that will hold its value over time.

Originally from Upstate New York, Kate has enjoyed traveling and living around the world as a model and actress since her teens. It was gaining an international perspective in places like Japan, Italy, Australia, South Africa and living in Los Angeles that made her appreciate New York even more, “the best city in the world.” Kate’s diverse interactions with other cultures and savvy working with people of all backgrounds have also given her a natural flair for making clients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Kate has experienced life on the Upper West and East Sides of Manhattan. She is a co-op owner who currently lives centrally-located Murray Hill with her family. The proud mother of a young son who attends school on the Upper East Side, Kate has become expert at children-friendly parks and activities throughout the city. She is also actively involved with the Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at NYU Langone Medical Center, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Make a Wish Foundation.
