A seasoned real estate professional with expert marketing and communication skills, Michael Falcone has emerged as a valuable member of Town's New Development team. By combining exceptional client service skills with ingenuity and creative thinking, developers and real estate professionals have benefited from Michael's ability to help differentiate a property from the competition. "In a market as competitive and rapidly evolving as New York, developers must identify and embrace every edge available," says Michael. "With an all-encompassing approach, Town New Development strives to craft a strategy which can turn this goal into a reality on each assignment."
Michael's onsite experience at prominent new developments has given him invaluable insight for his current role. Working at some of Manhattan's top developments, including The Charles by David Collins on the Upper East Side and the Victoria Hagen designed residences at The Devonshire House in Greenwich Village, Michael developed an extensive understanding of what both buyers and developers expect from the new development business. By interacting with each type of client in person and in real-time, his skill set quickly evolved and enabled him to thrive in the dynamic setting of new development sales and marketing.
As a member of Town New Development, Michael also embraces the opportunity to serve as a key liaison between development firms and the brokerage world. By emphasizing unwavering support and customized attention at every turn, Michael makes good use of Town's array of resources to take command of an assignment and successfully execute in each instance. "While committed professionals always work hard, they also must work smart," he says. "This means utilizing all resources at your disposal and translating advantages into efficiencies for your clients."
Michael’s real estate philosophy is simple: you don’t close a sale; you open a relationship. He understands fully that seeking or selling a home is one of the more significant events in someone’s life – one that deserves a professional’s total dedication. Genuine, friendly, honest and helpful, Michael respects this major undertaking and knows that a transparent relationship is essential to building a client’s knowledge and trust.
Originally from Westchester, Michael graduated from Siena College with a degree in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining Town, Michael assisted the Director of Research for a major brokerage firm’s marketing department, and worked as trading support to the Equity Finance Desk at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Michael maintains a strong tie to finance, something that he feels helps reinforce his knowledge base for his work in real estate.
