Hal D. Gavzie is a proven real estate professional who brings more than a decade of experience to Town Residential. Prior to joining Town, Mr. Gavzie was the Senior Managing Director of Rentals for The Corcoran Group, where he led the entire rental division – including 14 offices – in the highly competitive Manhattan and Brooklyn market. In addition, Mr. Gavzie was responsible for training and preparing all of the company’s brokers for successful rental careers able to withstand ever-changing market conditions. Before becoming a manager, Mr. Gavzie was himself a successful rental broker – ultimately named a top producer for Citi-Habitats, Inc.

Mr. Gavzie’s extensive knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace and his keen ability to avoid pitfalls has always resulted in a confident and comfortable business relationship between brokers and clients. Whether it’s the search for the right neighborhood and apartment for customers, negotiating rents, or evaluating and pricing new properties, Mr. Gavzie takes pride in accurately assessing the needs of his agents and customers alike. And by employing his knowledge of the product, and effectively utilizing his established relationships with landlords and property management entities, even the toughest of real estate transactions gets closed.

Mr. Gavzie currently resides in Long Island with his wife Gabrielle & their 9 year old daughter Jessica.

Mr. Gavzie is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York Rental Committee.
