Jeff Doder, Managing Director of Town Astor Place, a state-of-the art expansive store-front office overlooking the entirety of Astor Place, is a real estate veteran with a proven track record of success. Having worked in the New York City residential real estate market for the past eleven years, Jeff has combined an emphasis on ethics and fairness with a genuine love for properties, their architecture and structure, to become a leader in the industry, setting the benchmark for how real estate business is conducted.

Originally from California where he worked in commercial real estate as an office leasing and land development specialist, Jeff became a New Yorker sixteen years ago. Experienced as a salesperson in various fields, Jeff started his work in sales and marketing of residential properties in the fall of 2000.

After five years of sales experience, during which time he successfully completed several landmark deals with a focus on downtown Manhattan, Jeff became the Managing Director of his previous firm’s Park Slope office. There Jeff’s leadership, management and coaching skills became apparent as he doubled the size of his office during his tenure. Known for his honesty, focus, and passion for real estate, Jeff understands what it takes to make a real estate professional successful, and is highly adept at coaching representatives to become their most productive selves.
