As Town’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Nicole Oge spearheads all marketing and communications efforts for the firm’s Sales, New Development, and Rentals Divisions. Innovative, creative, and passionate, she also applies her comprehensive understanding and background to manage all aspects of marketing, branding, events, and communications strategies involving the Town corporate brand.
Nicole has an impressive history of high-profile strategic marketing and branding experience, and her fluency in English, Greek, and German has allowed her to cultivate successful international business relationships. In her former position as Global Group Director at The 7th Art Inc., a preeminent luxury marketing and creative services firm, her broad range of initiatives included Overall Product Concept Development, Brand Identity, Advertising, Online Marketing, Collateral Development, Public Relationship Strategy Development, Event Marketing, and Partnership/Sponsorship Marketing. She served a diverse and prestigious portfolio of clients, such as The Plaza Hotel (New York City), Trump Organization (Trump Dubai, Dubai, UAE), St. Regis Residences (Los Angeles and New York City) and The World Islands of Dubai. Additional properties she brought her many talents to as Senior Executive include the White Elephant Hotel Residences, Nantucket, Massachusetts; The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada; The Charles Residences, New York City; and Mandarin Oriental Residences, New York City.
Nicole received her B.A. in Marketing Communications from New York University and was recruited while still completing her degree by Mercedes-Benz USA as one of only two Associates admitted to their extremely selective Business Management Associate program. This put her on an accelerated management track, quickly completing four rotations through four key departments and regions. While at Mercedes-Benz USA, she was instrumental in redeveloping the retail marketing programs (valued in excess of $300 million annually), which were implemented by over 300 Mercedes-Benz dealers throughout the United States.
She then founded the Marketing Communications and Brand Management teams of the Smart Car division for Mercedes-Benz USA. The Smart brand, for which Nicole oversaw all communications programs, became the world’s most case-studied marketing initiative.
Known for her business savvy and ingenuity, Nicole was co-founder of On The Inside Holdings, LLC, which is currently in the process of developing a revolutionary digital publishing application that will transform the way publishers and advertisers connect with audiences via an intuitive, multimedia platform.
Nicole’s laudatory business success is accompanied by a commitment to philanthropy. She is an active board member of Cure2Children Worldwide and the Caron Foundation, and spends much of her time working with the organizations Big Brothers and Big Sisters of New York and God’s Love We Deliver. Her other interests include English riding, sailing, travel, and her iPad.
