A customer service representative extraordinaire, Deborah Fain knows how to listen, respond and deliver when it comes to people’s specific needs. With over 30 years experience as a consultant and marketing innovator for many high-profile employers and corporate clients, she excels at developing unique, successful solutions for every kind of demand.
Because buying or selling a home is an especially important decision, Deborah draws on her acute intuition as well as her keen research, interactive and analytical skills to determine the most emotionally and financially rewarding course of action for her clients. Not only is she astute at reading people’s needs; she is highly trained to synthesize all the information her customers provide to suggest property fits for their lifestyle and budget.
Born in Connecticut and raised in North Carolina, Deborah has an impressive education background having attended Duke University, Columbia Business School and Boston University. She holds an MBA and a Doctorate degree. Over the years she became expert in database and interactive marketing techniques which she has applied in the business and real estate worlds, and in the academic arena as a university professor on these topics. Deborah currently teaches Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Lubin School of Business at Pace University in Manhattan.
Since 2005, Deborah has enjoyed using her ingenuity, strategic thinking and “customer first” attitude to streamline real estate transactions for buyers and sellers. A Manhattanite since 1969 and Chelsea resident since 1976, she loves walking the city with clients and on personal time, discovering new cornices and architectural gems. Deborah is also interested in travel and foreign languages.
