Flori Del Valle’s real estate career has seen one success after another. With vast experience in a variety of different roles, she has continually exceeded expectations and been asked to take on more and more responsibility. “I have always believed in setting goals and taking a hands-on approach to achieving them,” says Flori. “If you’re honest, friendly, hard working and detail oriented, the sky’s the limit.”
Together with the office’s Sales Director and Leasing Director, Flori has helped launch Town Upper East Side. She has also worked with members of Town’s leadership team for many years, including on some of New York City’s most successful new developments. From sales, leasing and marketing to helping open on-site offices, her diverse skill set and talents are widely admired by colleagues. Most recently she helped launch Town’s Listings Department, working directly with new representatives learning to navigate through the company’s proprietary listings database. “Town’s vision and commitment to service are both truly remarkable,” says Flori. “The opportunity to be a part of this team and endeavor is one I am truly grateful for.”
Flori was born and raised in downtown Manhattan, attending elementary school in Greenwich Village, junior high in Gramercy, high school in Chelsea, and college in Midtown West. Her passion for New York City is evident the moment you ask her about it. “I adore the energy and culture of our many different neighborhoods,” she says with noticeable enthusiasm. “But most of all, I love the creativity and open-mindedness of the people that call New York City home.”
Today Flori lives in the Pelham Parkway neighborhood of the Bronx. She is quick to highlight the quaint and peaceful atmosphere created by the area’s many tree-lined streets and parks, which she points out are still just a short ride away from the vibrancy and excitement of Manhattan.
