Originally from Springfield NJ, Elyse has been a resident of the Sutton Place area for 25 years. She began her career on Wall Street specializing in municipal bonds. Pairing her love for New York City and Manhattan real estate with her preference for more face to face interaction with clients, Elyse decided to pursue a career in real estate. Almost 20 years later, in a profession where no two days are alike, she is just as energized as she was the day she started.

Widely respected for her wealth of knowledge and ability to instill confidence and trust in others, no price point or neighborhood is out of Elyse’s comfort zone. She has closed numerous transactions from Battery Park to Washington Heights, including covering rentals, condo, co-op and townhouse sales in all price ranges. In 2007, Elyse was featured in the New York Post when she leased a 63-unit rental building to a nationally recognized corporate housing company in a single transaction. Her success lies in listening to client’s needs, asking the right questions, zeroing in on exactly what they want, and utilizing her experience to make their hopes a reality.

Being a lover of the outdoors and an avid snow skier, Elyse owns a condominium in Vail and considers it her second home. As an active member of the New York City Cycle Club, she has participated in multiple rides for charity to benefit the MS Society and additional causes. The opportunity to fund raise thru activities she is passionate about is one of her great joys.
