Terry Naini is widely recognized as one of the most experienced brokers in New York real estate. Coupled with her unmatched passion, honesty and work ethic, it’s no surprise that 90% of her business stems from client referrals.

A leading market expert in both downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, Terry works with buyers, sellers, renters, investors and developers on transactions of all shapes and sizes. She focuses on sales of luxury lofts, condos, co-ops and townhouses yet is also well-versed on new development marketing and high-end rentals. Whether she is working with a $300,000 studio buyer or an investor seeking a $50 million commercial property, the attention and care that she devotes to every client does not waver. “The personal interaction with clients is what I truly treasure,” she says. “Understanding what they’re looking for and helping them find that perfect property is a challenge I embrace on every deal.”

Terry is also respected by clients and colleagues for the ingenuity and creativity she brings to each assignment. No broker goes through more channels to sell a property than Terry does, be it an Easter egg hunt to draw customers to open houses or creating the most unique mailings that people can’t help but open. “You must think out of the box to add real value for your clients,” she says. “My diverse experiences have taught me how to identify synergies, target the rights audiences and ultimately produce results.”

Before entering real estate Terry had two other careers, first as a molecular biologist and then as a strategy management consultant for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. With graduate degrees from Johns Hopkins and Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, she has utilized her advanced training to effectively partner with both sellers and developers. “I have worked on projects from concept to closing and feel a great sense of reward when a sale comes to fruition,” she says.

Terry lives right in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn with her husband and their two little girls, Desiree and Saba. You can often find her walking over the Brooklyn Bridge to see clients in Manhattan or at her daughter’s school in Cobble Hill. She speaks fluent Farsi and English and also has an understanding of Italian.
