Throughout her career Julie Larson has worked in tandem with salespeople, consistently providing them with the tools and tracking necessary for their success. She approaches salespeople as her internal clients, working to help manage activities behind the scenes so that they can flourish on the front lines. Deliberate and thorough, Julie’s attention to detail is often a perfect complement to the big picture analysis of great salespeople.
As an associate of Terry Naini’s at Town Flatiron, the company’s flagship office at 110 Fifth Avenue, Julie officially focuses on Marketing Operations. She has created her own title of Systemizer, however, which she believes more accurately describes her daily routine. Her organizational abilities serve as a vital cog for Terry’s prolific business, which continues to grow by the day. When they began working together in 2009, Julie was drawn to Terry because of her innate intellect and unmatched ability to align the many moving parts of a deal while simultaneously delivering excellent service and results for her clients. Like Terry, Julie does not confuse activity with productivity; therefore they prioritize the regular revisiting and revising of their systems to fine tune and maintain an efficient operation.
Julie’s strong belief in systems and processes has served her well in a career that began as a strategic planner in the advertising industry. More recently she served as a Marketing Director and Product Manager in consumer products, before moving to NYC and being drawn to the facetted nuances of real estate. She was intrigued by the steps necessary to navigate clients through the mechanics and hurdles of a deal, all with the goal of getting them across the finish line. These responsibilities meshed well with her belief in effective and efficient systems, which are the foundation upon which to duplicate success. Julie believes that “success leaves clues,” which is why she is devoted to tracking and measuring metrics.
Originally from Buffalo, Julie moved to Minneapolis after graduating with a BA in Marketing. She is thrilled to be able to apply what she knows and loves about marketing to New York City real estate at Town Residential. Julie purchased her first home at age 27 and is a third-time homeowner. She serves as President of her 50-unit cooperative in Manhattan.
