Katie Thiele’s business philosophy is strong yet simple: she works to create a new standard for an exceptional and dynamic real estate experience by providing unmatched customer service. As a downtown Manhattan sales and rentals specialist, Katie’s sincerity, energy and dedication have created an unprecedented value that consistently delivers for her clients. She believes in committing 100% of her time and energy to her customers until they find what they are looking for. “I create an immediate connection with my clients and their need for the right home quickly becomes my need for the right home.” Katie uses her comprehensive understanding of the market to find properties that will best suit her customers’ needs. “There is a difference in finding an apartment and finding a home,” she says. “I recognize that moving can be a stressful process, which makes it all the more important to provide the dedication, support and thorough attention necessary for a seamless transition.
After spending time in Boston at Northeastern University and studying abroad in London, Katie graduated from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism in 2008. She also has a background in the non-profit sector, previously serving as Project Coordinator for Movember, a global charity that raises awareness and funds for men’s health and cancer. “I loved working at Movember because it was an extremely unique and special experience as I was involved with many different projects and was interacting with someone new every day,” she says. “TOWN is very similar to Movember – both taking a sharp, fresh, cutting-edge approach to their fields and creating something truly extraordinary.” It has always been important for Katie to give back and she now sits on the board of NFTE Ventures (Networking for Teaching Entrepreneurship), where she helps connect high school students with top entrepreneurs across New York City.
In her free time, Katie enjoys the culture, energy and fast-paced lifestyle of New York and is a great person to ask about nightlife in the city. She loves exploring the nooks and crannies of Manhattan’s various and diverse neighborhoods, especially Nolita and SoHo, near her downtown apartment.
