After graduating from the University of Maryland with a double major in marketing and studio art, Theresa decided to test her creative mindset in the world of residential real estate. Her decision was quickly validated, as she quickly became recognized as a sales dynamo and earned Top Producer honors at her previous firm. “Real estate is a dynamic industry that allows me to tap into my creativity,” she says. “Whether it’s home staging or interior design consultations to showcase a property’s best features, I do whatever it takes to guarantee top dollar for my clients.”

Born and raised in New York, Theresa has vast knowledge of the city’s various neighborhoods and the intricacies of numerous condominium and co-op boards. She is particularly well-versed on Manhattan’s East Side, from the Upper East Side to Sutton Place, Murray Hill and Gramercy. Determined, sincere and enthusiastic, she has found her ideal career by combining her passion for New York City with her love for meeting new people.

Theresa is extensively trained and experienced in mixed martial arts, with its principles of dedication and discipline carrying through to her work.
