Matthew plays an integral role in Town’s strategic growth, business and all facets of its daily operations including the oversight of design and construction of Town’s locations. With nearly a decade in the Manhattan real estate industry, Matthew has been exposed to nearly every aspect of residential brokerage and development. This experience has fueled his understanding of numerous processes, and helped him develop his dynamic approach to management.
Over the years, Matthew has played a primary role in the project planning, development, marketing, sales and leasing of over 3,000 residential units valued at nearly $1 billion. He has collaborated with some of the world’s most renowned designers and architects, and has serviced an impressive client list comprised of many of industry’s top management companies and developers. Matthew has lent his marketing, sales and leasing expertise to an exceptional project portfolio that includes One Avenue B, The Aldyn and The Ashley developed by Extell, New York by Gehry designed by Frank Gehry and developed by Forest City Ratner, Dwell95 developed by the Moinian Group, The Constable developed by United American Land, Carriage House, Beatrice developed JD Carlisle, and the landmark Cocoa Exchange. Outside of Manhattan, his experience has reached as far as Center City Philadelphia, New Jersey’s Gold Coast, Long Island City, Queens, and Brooklyn, with the prominent DKLB BKLN designed by Costas Kondylis a fine example.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Matthew received a Bachelor degree in Psychology with a minor in Public Relations from Mt. St. Mary College. He has lived in a number of downtown Manhattan neighborhoods. Matthew is actively involved in Project Renewal, a group dedicated to renewing the lives of New Yorkers, as well as the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis and the American Cancer Society. He is also a member and supporter of the Adirondack Mountain Club.
