An experienced and results-oriented professional specializing in residential and commercial transactions, she works with prominent clients ranging from leading global hotel chains to international fashion photographers, designers, TV producers, technology executives, investment fund managers, and private investors.

An expert on Manhattan's West Side and the High Line Area, Filippa boasts specialized knowledge that helps buyers and sellers get the most attractive deals, whether they are looking for the perfect home or a solid investment. A sought-after real estate resource, Filippa is also a frequent contributor to NearSay, StreetEasy and NabeWise; plus 360Vieques, an investment property she designed and built, was recently featured on HGTV's House Hunters International.

Filippa’s strong background in marketing and design—she studied International Marketing at IMF (the top marketing school in Sweden) and Design at Fashion Forum in Paris—allows her to creatively develop a targeted marketing strategy that communicates the unique attributes of any property she represents. As a young fashion designer she won the prestigious Dee d’Or award, and her creations were featured in major French publications and on runways. Filippa also served as the Interior Design and Fashion editor for the French magazine IDEAT, and was a producer and stylist for top fashion brands.

Fluent in English, French, Swedish, and Spanish, prior to real estate Filippa enjoyed a successful fifteen plus year career traveling the world as a Wilhelmina fashion model, working for clients such as YSL, Chanel, and Elle. She has been featured in W magazine, appeared on the Today Show and the View and acted in film—both Hollywood hits (The Stepford Wives) and award-winning independents. A New York resident for the past 12 years, she lives in the High Line Area, and is a member of the Sales Brokers Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
