With a background in architecture and real estate development, Jamie Reimer has primarily focused on New Development and Investment Sales transactions at TOWN Residential, playing an integral role in researching and planning for new development projects. Her expert skills and tenacious dedication to premier service and results for clients won attention among her peers that has placed her on TOWN's management team as Assistant Manager of the firm's Soho office.
Known as the "glue" that keeps the day-to-day details of her clients' and representatives' business running smoothly, Jamie also has a strong vision of the big picture elements that are so important to the success of any project. Always passionate about architecture and real estate, her earliest memory of inspiring design is Paris’ grand Louvre Museum, which she first visited at age 14. Her appreciation for architecture and travel continued to grow, and ultimately translated into studies abroad in Paris, Venice, Sydney and Tel Aviv.
After studying in the highly-regarded architecture program at Lehigh University, Jamie earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Although advised by a wise professor to “never fall in love with the bricks,” she came to believe that the most valuable real estate projects are those that combine exceptional design with sound financial planning. Consequently, her work with TOWN involves helping real estate projects balance aesthetic appeal with great functionality and strong bottom-line numbers.
Prior to joining TOWN, Jamie worked for a leading real estate investment company where she was responsible for acquisitions primarily in high barrier-to-entry neighborhoods such as Chelsea, Tribeca, Soho and the West Village. She was also responsible for the company’s property management activities, where she honed her financial modeling skills and gained hands-on experience with building-level issues.
Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Jamie has spent extensive time in New York City since she was young, visiting museums, attending ballet performances and enjoying the best of Manhattan’s culinary scene. In her early 20’s, she made the city her home, where she can be found in Union Square Park with her dog, Shiloh, or enjoying the many cultural experiences that she first fell in love with during childhood.
