His focus on client service is enthusiastic and highly professional, serving as both a savvy negotiator and dedicated advisor.
Clayton’s win-win philosophy toward deal-making is largely a product of his earlier experience. Before starting his career in real estate, Clayton was the Vice President of Business Development at Identified, a $5.5 million venture-backed social recruiting startup based in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he worked at The Gerson Group, a leading New York financial services executive recruiting, corporate development, and advisory firm. Clayton’s extensive experience in business development and recruiting have given him an exceptional aptitude for identifying value and closing mutually beneficial deals.
Clayton was raised in Little Silver, New Jersey and graduated with honors from the Villanova University School of Business with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Eric Trump Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children battling life-threatening or debilitating medical conditions.
