Esther Patten, a graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Psychology and Business, is so excited to be a part of Town Residential. Before joining Town, Esther worked as a project manager at HSBC learning the ins and outs of the retail banking world. Having also worked as the Director of Operations of a top 10 producing real estate group, Esther ultimately knew she belonged back in the Real Estate industry. With her intrinsic business sense and excellent communication skills, Esther delivers a sense of trust and understanding to her clients. She believes listening to her clients’ needs is of utmost importance and takes the extra steps to ensure they are happy in the end.

Born and raised in the Tri-State area, it was natural for Esther to call New York City her home. Esther is passionate about all that NYC has to offer and you can catch her riding her bike through the streets exploring all of NYC’s great neighborhoods. As a former Big Ten women’s basketball player at Northwestern, Esther is aggressive in negotiations yet attentive and empathetic to clients’ concerns and decisions.

In her spare time, Esther enjoys running and staying active. She just completed her first half marathon race through Central Park. She has also volunteered with New York Cares and continues to play an active role in the community.
