With a background in sales, eye for value and mind for negotiation, Jill Damico strives to provide her clients with the best service possible while going above and beyond to help them reach their unique goals. Highly likeable and versatile, she is comfortable interacting with personalities of all kinds, and works hard for each unique client to achieve their ultimate satisfaction in a perfect Manhattan home.
Jill is a natural teacher who loves educating and motivating people. This inspiring quality spills over well into her real estate work where she guides buyers, renters and sellers through every step of their transaction to keep them excited and well informed. “My goal is to accurately assess your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible through an often stressful process. Trust and transparency are top priority in my dealings, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Prior to entering real estate, Jill worked as an Account Executive in digital media at the New York office for Yahoo! where she built a strong book of business, managed clients and forged lasting relationships with customers. This experience gave her the vital tools necessary for being an exceptional agent.
An honors graduate of Roger Williams University, Jill holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish. She also studied Spanish language and culture while enjoying the experience of living in Madrid with a local Spanish family. During her college years, Jill was the head instructor of a well-known sailing school on Long Island from where she hails. She remains an avid sailor, a sport she’s loved since she was 13 years old.
Jill is also a member of New York Cares and volunteers for The DOME Project as a tutor to young underprivileged children in different subject areas. She loves to travel and connect with new cultures when time allows, and has already journeyed throughout, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Central America. Her favorite place in New York is Central Park, which she frequents with her Airedale Terrier, Ollie, at her side.
