Chelsea Skidmore gets the best job done for her clients with her street smarts and real estate knowledge. She is a young, energetic, determined New Yorker who goes above and beyond the average level of service to create an emotional impact on and achieve the best results for the people she represents.

Her previous work as a production coordinator for a creative advertising agency proved Chelsea's ease at multitasking, networking and maintaining client relationships. Also a professional actress in the competitive fast-paced world of entertainment for 15-years, she is both a natural people person and driven go-getter who injects enthusiasm and humor into every encounter.

Born and raised in NYC, Chelsea is as passionate about her hometown as she is about helping others find their perfect home here. Having lived in many neighborhoods through the years, from the Upper East and West Sides to Midtown East, Chelsea, the East Village and now the Financial District, gives her broad and personal insight on how each area might be fitting for her clients' unique needs.

Chelsea's goal is to take the "nightmare" out of searching for an apartment, and turn it into a dream you won't want to wake up from with her hard work and dedication. She is equally committed to her personal interests which include physical exercise, baking and sharing cookies, movies, traveling and learning new languages (she is currently enrolled in French lessons and can't wait to be fluent!).

Chelsea attended The University of Hawaii for three years before earning her Bachelor degree in Communications from Pace University in New York. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, plus has done comedy improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater.
