An entrepreneur at heart, Andrew has always been a business man. At age 13 he started his own lawn and landscaping business which he owned and operated for 10 years. Having been bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he also invented, marketed, and sold his own invention. Andrew also loves music, a recent graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, Andrew is a professional Operatic tenor and has sung internationally. A former teacher, Andrew taught chorus in a public middle school to 435 singers and currently maintains a private studio.

Real Estate is his favorite business because it allows him to connect with his customers and assist them in finding their new home. All of his experiences have helped him to learn that whether on the streets of New York with customers, on the Operatic stage with audience members, or in a classroom with students, that the customer must be the center of his focus. While making a new connection with a customer is always a great success, Andrew strives to make sure that the customer will never call anyone else.

Throughout his business life, he has learned that his customers continue to work with him because of his tireless work ethic, fun spirit, creativity, and efficiency. In the sometimes hectic NYC real estate market, Andrew seeks to be a rock for his customers, making sure that they receive the best service available.

He has lived on the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and has recently purchased a condominium in Battery Park City. He loves his neighborhood because it is an oasis in the midst of the city with great restaurants, awesome places to run, great parks, shopping close by, and access to tons of transportation. He lives with his fiance, Molly and their Chocolate Lab, Elly.
