Spencer enjoys making people feel at ease with a straightforward demeanor that allows for comfortable sharing of needs and desires, so he can best place them in their ideal home. His professional approach focuses on thoroughly getting to know his clients and in providing them full service throughout their moving experience. His intensive market research concentrates on identifying unique apartments to fit his clients’ needs and save them valuable time.

Prior to coming to Town, he practiced sales and rentals at another downtown brokerage, while also working for a luxury design + build firm specializing in high end residential renovation. Spencer's background in construction helps give him keen insight on properties with unrealized potential. He sees these properties, especially those in great neighborhoods, as opportunities for buyers who want to get a great deal and customize a space to their specific taste.

As a current West Village and former Greenwich Village resident, Spencer has gotten to know and appreciate these neighborhoods and the depth of culture within them. He holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Spencer worked as a member of the Washington Redskins premium sales team. Originally from Chevy Chase, MD, he also spent time growing up in Rye, NY; considering himself both a Washingtonian and a New Yorker. Spencer looks forward to continuing to provide harmonious pairings of people to the homes they love.
