Originally from Denmark, Bo Poulsen has lived throughout the world and is armed with a great background in real estate and design having earned prestigious recognition at his former firm as a top producer and top sales agent. Beginning in the early nineties, Bo founded a successful real estate development company in Moscow, Russia. He then ran a biotech company in Atlanta, Georgia, while also serving as the chairman of the board for the non-profit firefighting charity "The Rescue Fund." Having worked with a variety of customers across various industries, he has learned to preempt the needs of his clients while providing them an “unwavering loyalty.”



Bo’s clients also benefit from his strong interest in architecture and furniture design; whether it is assisting them in finding and designing their dream apartment or evaluating and establishing the best investment possibilities.



Bo is fluent in German and Danish and was educated at American University in Washington DC and Schiller University in Heidelberg Germany, where he received a degree in international relations. Currently, he is involved with the development of eco-friendly and energy efficient buildings in New York and is considered the preeminent LEED (The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited residential real estate broker and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help fellow brokers as well as his clients understand the many benefits of going green.
