East End Story: We’ve leased summer homes in South Hampton Village and Bridgehampton.  This year, I’m really excited about experiencing Sag Harbor.

Dining haunts: Beacon is a classic. I get their pork Milanese.

Grocery go-to’s: Round Swamp Farm in Bridgehampton, their amazing tuna and lobster is the best!

Work-out picks: I have been a devoted “Tracy girl” for years! I can’t wait to dance and sweat it out at my good friend [Tracy Anderson’s] East Hampton studio all summer long.

Hamptons road rec: Route 114 in East Hampton, Sag Harbor and to the ferry for Sunset Beach!

East End first-timer mandatory activity: Paddle Boarding or Surfing at Flying point surf camp.

Best beach: Hand’s down, The Cut at Mecox (Flying Point). Its tidal pools that are created by this channel makes it a perfect place to bring children. There is a beachside as well as bayside for the kids so it’s the best of both worlds.

Top Shops: In 2012 I came across MONC XIII, the most inspiring furniture store. There is something for everyone. MONC XIII is also where I was first introduced to Monica Castiglionis’ wonderful jewelry.

Favorite “local” spot: Wölffer Estate Vineyard

Haute Cocktail: Ruby Rita at The Beacon in Sag Harbor - it’s a delicious and refreshing blood orange margarita.

Best Hamptons celeb sighting: I don’t kiss and tell, but mostly see celebs at Sunset Beach or at Topping Rose.

Most memorable sale: I was with dear friends one evening last summer in Sagaponic when my friend found she was pregnant. In one month, we sold their apartment and found them the perfect townhouse downtown for their newly expanding family.

A great client is … A client that knows what they want and what it takes to get it.

Why working as a team is the secret to your success: We [husband Mark David Fromm] represent the yin and yang of our business so our customers get to have the all-encompassing package.

Hottest hood du summer: Amagansett is the new exciting town everyone has been falling in love with and snatching up homes that are less expensive on the beach with a fantastic low key vibe.
