Sketchers co-founder finds the perfect fit for $11.65M

The New York Post, October 9, 2014

If the condo fits, buy it! A co-founder of Sketchers, Jeff Greenberg, and his wife Lori have bought a 32nd-floor duplex at 101 Warren St. in TriBeCa for $11.65 million in an off-market transaction. Town Residential brokers Mark David Fromm and Claudia Saez-Fromm represented the buyer and seller. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit, with Eric Cohler-designed interiors, is 3,034 square feet and comes with a 1,300-square-foot terrace. Greenberg is also an investor in Fitwall.

The condo last traded in May for $11 million, just over its $10.99 million purchase price.
