TOWN Residential Congratulates an Elite Group Named Among Americas Top Real Estate Professionals

TOWN Residential, New York’s leading luxury real estate services firm, congratulates Danny Davis,Susan Green, Anouk Nora, Judi Lederer, Dana Power, Claudia Saez-Fromm, Roberto Cabrera and Stephen Ferrara – each named one of America’s top real estate professionals by REAL Trends, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. The elite group joins the ranks of the top one half of 1 percent of more than 1,100,000 real estate professionals nationwide as the newest members of the “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents rankings will be released in July.

The Thousand real estate professionals was announced on June 26, 2015, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

Individual Sales Professionals—Sales volume

Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)

For the first time, REAL Trends has added two new categories to The Thousand ranking based off of average sales price. Like the other categories in The Thousand, both of these are broken down into the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

Danny Davis had sales volume totaling $162,101,000 as well as an individual average sales price of $4,502,805, ranking him 46th and 205th respectively nationwide;

Susan Green had sales volume totaling $75,070,333, ranking her 213 nationwide;

Anouk Nora had an individual average sales price of $13,757,500, ranking her 25 nationwide;

Judi Lederer had an individual average sales price of $7,924,642, ranking her 79 nationwide;

Dana Power had an individual average sales price of $5,915,000, ranking her 125 nationwide;

Claudia Saez-Fromm had an individual average sales price of $4,796,666, ranking her 181 nationwide;

Roberto Cabrera had an individual average sales price of $4,350,500, ranking him 228 nationwide;

Stephen Ferrara had an individual average sales price of $4,253,500, ranking him 237 nationwide
